Refund policy

Our 30-day refund policy allows you to return or replace any damaged product. In order to initiate the process, simply send an email to info@vitalitywatches.com with photographic evidence of any manufacturing defects within 30 days of receiving the item. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for items without proper photographic evidence, and any requests made after the 30-day period will not be honored.We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund. 

As for the ring , Please note that we do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for incorrect sizes. Ensure you choose the right size before purchasing

We strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and respect for our customers. As such, we are unable to accept returns of used products, even if you simply do not like the product.

Please note that VitalityWatch is not a medical device and not intended to replace medical devices. It should only be used as an additional tool to monitor your health.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have already been sent and used cannot be returned without proof of damaged or proof of purchase.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item and we can't not make the refund or replacement for the second item. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the full amount minus 8.5% processing cost on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Replacements

If you choose to receive a replacement instead of a refund, please send us photographic evidence of the issue within 30 days of receiving the item to info@vitalitywatches.com. Upon approval, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Please note that customers cannot request a refund or a second replacement for the first replacement item. This policy ensures that we can continue to provide high-quality products and services to all our customers.

Incorrect Address and Return to Sender

We are unable to issue refunds for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or delivery failures after attempted delivery on our part. We will not be responsible for these situations. If a product is returned to us, the customer must wait until the product arrives back at our facility before we can reship or issue a refund. For reshipping to the customer, there will be an additional shipping charge. If the customer opts for a refund, there will be a reinstatement fee of 8.5%.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation of Orders: If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at info@vitalitywatches.com as soon as you can. Once we've started the fulfillment process, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will see your email before your order gets fulfilled. In case of successful order cancellation we will refund the full amount minus a $2 .5 fee.
